Join us for an immersive experience in the PNW at Dystopia Rising: The Anvil, A nationally networked Live-Action Roleplaying Event that takes place centuries after the apocalypse. Set in a world full of the undead, raiders, evil scientists and warlords, Dystopia Rising is a lightest-touch full-immersion LARP that runs from Friday to Sunday once a month.
Before the fall, our “modern day,” is an age of myth. Civilization collapsed, history was forgotten, and only fragments of the old world remain. Strains of humanity have changed, their bloodlines warped and adapted by centuries of disease, radiation, and desperation.
Now, survivors walk among the ruins: facing heinous raiders, shambling undead, and worse yet… each other.
Featuring a robust economic and crafting system alongside a lightest-touch combat system, Dystopia Rising: The Anvil is one of many games networked under the Dystopia Rising umbrella which has been running since 2008, and provides ample opportunities for boffer and NERF combat as well as a limited ‘psionic’ (aka magic) system while offering a living, breathing world to interact and roleplay with.
